DEPOSIT

All bookings are subject to a 50% deposit.  

If the booking is cancelled up to 8 weeks before the arrival date, this will be refunded.

Should the booking be cancelled eight weeks or less before the arrival date, no refund will be offered.

The full balance is due on arrival.  Should the guest end their stay before the planned departure date, no refund will be given.
