        We are pleased to offer two guest rooms - one double, the other twin.

These rooms share a spacious shower room as well as a guest living/ breakfast room
which has Sky Freeview TV and wireless internet access.

These prices are per room, per night and include a self service breakfast of toast,
butter and conserves, fruit juice, tea and coffee.

Please note that we have a minimum stay of two nights in low and medium season and 4 nights in high season.
In low season we may be able to offer discounted rates for bookings of seven nights or more
